Our Services
Athena & Acre LLC arranges commercial site access through its own agreements with property owners. Operators enter a separate agreement with Athena & Acre and pay us a monthly fee for site access and the related services it includes. We pay property owners under our own agreements. The operator agreement defines the location, permitted use, total fee, payment schedule, and termination terms.
Site Access & Licensing
We identify opportunities in exterior pads, parking areas, and other underused commercial spaces, matching suitable operators and coordinating site-access arrangements.
Operator Coordination
We support onboarding, site requirements, documentation, and communication between property partners and operators.
Location Management
We support ongoing site coordination and communication, helping property partners and operators keep day-to-day details connected.
Administrative & Payment Management
We coordinate agreement administration, payment tracking, and related records so responsibilities and next steps stay clear.
